(Dissociated Press) Andy Harris tweeted the other day: 'I enjoy voting against the Constitution and do so every chance I get.'
This was in response to the comment of another GOP freshman, Justin Amash, R Michigan (age 31), who posted on Facebook that he did not vote to defund Planned Parenthood (HR 1):
“Legislation that names a specific private organization to defund (rather than all organizations that engage in a particular activity) is improper and arguably unconstitutional.”
